In the manufacturing industry where the market is complex and changeable,and the phenomenon of product customization is prominent,with the increasing diversification of demand and the gradual intensification of delivery period competition,the traditional supply chain management method can no longer meet the needs of market competition.Enterprises must improve the agility of the entire supply chain,and respond to market changes quickly by shortening the delivery period of products,so as to expand market share in the fierce market competition and bring sustained economic benefits to enterprises.As a new management mode,supply chain collaborative management emphasizes collaborative operation among supply chain enterprises by using the concept of collaborative management,which changes the chain-like information transmission and decision-making process in traditional supply chain management.Through sharing and integration of internal and external information of enterprises,it can accelerate the response speed of supply chain,greatly improve the overall agility and operation efficiency of supply chain,and enable supply chain enterprises to have the competitive advantage of rapidly responding to complex and changeable markets and meeting customers’ personalized needs.Based on the theory of agile supply chain and supply chain coordination management,this paper studies the implementation of supply chain coordination management in Company A.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background,significance and research methods,and systematically summarizes and reviews the relevant theories and literatures of agile supply chain and supply chain collaborative management.Then,taking Company A as the research object,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of supply chain management of Company A,analyzes the causes of the problems in depth,studies the corresponding countermeasures to the problems of insufficient agility in supply chain management,discusses the feasibility of implementing cooperative management of Company A and the target requirements for improving the agility of supply chain,and designs a supply chain cooperative management mechanism suitable for Company A,which is discussed in detail from three aspects of supply chain information sharing,decision-making cooperation and supply chain member relationship cooperation mechanism.Finally,detailed implementation steps for supply chain collaborative management of Company A have been worked out and preliminary results have been achieved in the implementation pilot.Through research,it is believed that the implementation of supply chain coordination management by Company A can improve the agility of the supply chain,help Company A to respond to changes in the market environment more quickly,and meet customer requirements for delivery time.The research in this paper expounds the successful experience of implementing collaborative management in supply chain in complex and changeable market environment theoretically and practically,which can provide reference for other enterprises implementing collaborative management in supply chain.
