Consumption is the primary driving force of economic growth.Although the growth rate of total social consumption has slowed down in recent years,the proportion of catering industry in total social consumption has steadily increased.Its rigidity is very obvious.At the same time,in the process of the continuous development of the catering industry,group meal has become the leader of the catering industry,developing rapidly.However,in the fierce market competition,the management of most group meal enterprises is still relatively extensive.It is difficult to recruit and retain people.The main reason is that most group meal enterprises don’t put human resource management in the strategic position of enterprise development,and lack of scientific and reasonable employee incentive mechanism,which leads to a high rate of personnel turnover.Therefore,how to optimize the design of the incentive mechanism according to the unique human resource problems of the group meal enterprise is of great significance and role to the development of the whole group meal enterprise.This paper mainly uses the relevant knowledge of incentive theory,through field investigation,data analysis and interview methods,taking company C as a typical case,and combined with the specific situation of the company’s human resource management and the work experience I summarized,to investigate its incentive mechanism.This paper analyzes the current situation of employee motivation in group catering enterprises from the aspects of human resources,personnel composition,demand characteristics and influencing factors of incentive mechanism,and finds that the main problems are: the employees are not satisfied with the salary and welfare of the enterprise,the evaluation system of employees is not clear,the promotion mechanism of employees is not clear,and the continuous education and training of employees is weak.The above problems are common in many group meal enterprises,which is the main reason for the lack of work motivation and loyalty of group meal employees.Based on the basic concepts and related theoretical background,this paper uses the hierarchy of needs theory,oriented by the diversity of employee need,and considers multiple dimensions such as enterprise management,employee needs and moral integrity.With reference to Sodexo,Zhongkuai catering and other incentive mechanisms,this paper puts forward specific countermeasures to optimize the incentive mechanism of group catering enterprises: to establish a scientific and reasonable salary system and a fair and scientific performance appraisal system;to introduce the incubator partner system to establish a model of community of interests;to attach importance to the career development planning of staff;to establish a people-oriented management concept and then improve the human resource management strategy Position.On this basis,this paper attempts to give the optimal design model of incentive mechanism of group meal enterprises,and analyzes the guarantee factors of the implementation of incentive mechanism of group meal enterprises.In order to enrich the theory of employee motivation in theory,improve the core competitiveness of group meal enterprises in practice,and provide reference for the optimization of incentive mechanism of group meal enterprises in China.
