At present,most enterprises in my country,especially tourism enterprises,are facing the problem of brain drain.Then tourism enterprises have been losing employees due to the backward incentive mechanism.Therefore,how to optimize the incentive mechanism of employees is an urgent problem for tourism enterprises.This paper draws on the relevant achievements of excellent scholars at home and abroad on incentive theory,uses questionnaire survey method and case analysis method,takes L company as the research object,and combines the actual situation of L company through literature review method,case analysis,interview and questionnaire survey,to improve the incentive mechanism of L company in a targeted manner,so as to improve the human resource management level of L company and make L company develop in a scientific and healthy direction.This paper takes L company as an example,and analyzes the current situation and problems of employees incentives mechanism in the company.It is concluded that the employee incentive mechanism of L company mainly consists of four parts,salary and welfare,assessment and promotion,career management,and corporate culture.At present,the compensation system formulated by L company is not scientific.And the career management system of the company needs to be optimized.And managers do not pay attention to the construction of corporate culture,lack a professional system and a scientific performance appraisal mechanism.The reasons for these problems are backward idea,stuck thinking and lack of in-depth analysis and culture.The methods of L company employee incentive mechanism are to build flexible salary incentive mechanism,strengthen welfare guarantees and optimize salary structure,build suitable careers and diversified careers approaches,improve employee promotion mechanisms,optimize plan,promote job in-turn and the outstanding persons.It is suggested to strengthen the scientific performance appraisal mechanism and result feedbacks due to build a corporate culture with an innovation,improving fault tolerance.The innovation perspective of this paper is to put forward the existing shortcomings and problems through the analysis of the current incentive mechanism of L Company,and put forward reasonable suggestions for the problems.Moreover,this paper combined with the current situation,puts forward a series of safeguard measures for the optimization process of the incentive mechanism of L company,to ensure the implementation and efficiency of the improvement work. |
