This paper directly focuses on the problem of low retention of life insurance marketing agents of H insurance Hebei branch.Under the unified policy and system of the head office of H insurance,Hebei branch ranked the lowest in terms of the retention rate of life insurance marketing agents for three consecutive years,with extremely high mobility of agents,which severely restricted the development of Hebei branch.Through literature review,this paper has grasped the theoretical support on staff turnover and improving staff retention.Through statistical analysis,this paper expounds the current management status of H insurance Hebei branch,and analyzes the characteristics of retained personnel.The comparative analysis method is used to conduct a comparative study with companies in the system and outside the system in the same region.It is found that H insurance has problems in promotion,recruitment,training,management,job satisfaction and career loyalty.In view of the problems existing in the agent retention of H insurance Hebei branch,this paper proposes to promote the promotion project comprehensively,fully start the promotion intention of all employees,and use promotion to improve the income and retention.Secondly,it is necessary to increase personnel and select materials,control the quality of inflow personnel from the source,and eliminate the hidden risks of low retention in the later stage.Thirdly,strengthen the construction of the training system,improve the training quality and ensure the training effect from the aspects of systematic improvement of teacher allocation,rich training content and mode,boot camp reform,and then promote the retention.Finally,starting from the spiritual needs,humanistic care should be strengthened to improve job satisfaction,entrepreneurial culture should be advocated to improve career loyalty,and the honor system should be improved to meet the spiritual demands.Finally,the purpose of life insurance marketing agent retention of H insurance Hebei branch should be achieved...
