As a typical capital-intensive industry,real estate enterprises in our country have the characteristics of high investment,high risk,high leverage and long investment cycle.However,the project development of real estate enterprises is easily affected by the external environment.Many real estate enterprises in China are facing high and difficult.Nowadays,most small and medium-sized real estate enterprises are in the stage of intense competition,and the high financial risk factor has become an important factor restricting their development.Small and medium-sized real estate enterprises have low levels of overall financial risk control and lack the ability to confront risks.The survival and development of small and medium-sized enterprises are also facing great challenges.We need to standardize the financial risk system as soon as possible,establish a correct view of financial cost risks,and continue to explore the market to improve our core competitiveness.Enhance the ability of financial risk control.The research method adopted in this paper is the combination of normative analysis and case analysis.Firstly,the paper analyzes the present situation of financial risk control and management in real estate enterprises,and uses literature analysis method to deeply study the financial risk control management theory.The concept of financial risk is clearly defined.This paper chooses the small and medium-sized real estate enterprises of XDF as the research object,analyzes the problems existing in the financial risk control of the XDF company,and puts forward the suggestion of the long-term mechanism of the financial risk control based on the practice of the management and management of the XDF company.Combined with the actual situation of XDF Company,separately from the financing,investment and other aspects targeted to put forward specific measures to strengthen the financial risk control of XDF Real Estate Company.Through the analysis and research of this thesis,hope that the financial risk control of XDF Real Estate Company has a certain help,make the enterprise healthy development.
