Along with the continuous improvement of the national economic level and people's material living conditions,people's needs not only stop at the satisfaction of material conditions,but gradually over-satisfy the spirit.In this process,?innovation?of products and services has become the first driving force and formed the strategic support for building a modern economic system.However,along with the triumph of ?everything for innovation?,?fault-tolerant mechanism? and ?fault-tolerant environment? have gradually attracted people ' s attention.As the executor of corporate activities,the innovation ability of employees often affects the overall operation of the enterprise and plays an important role in the sustainable development of the enterprise.However,innovation is an attempt to the new path,whether it is to launch new ideas,try or the process has a large uncontrollability and a certain degree of risk.Therefore,how the employee error management and innovation mechanism promote the development of the enterprise has become the main concern of people.With the introduction of the concept of "error management atmosphere",the most topic around it is the relationship between the atmosphere and the innovative behavior.Therefore,this article explores this issue.Accelerate the pace of enterprise innovation through problem solving,and facilitate the better development of enterprises.Take company Y as an example,on the basis of summarizing the literature on error management atmosphere and employee innovation behavior,this paper analyzes the influence mechanism of enterprise error management atmosphere on employee innovation behavior based on the related concepts and theories of error management and employee innovation from the subjective perception of employees.And expounds the error management system of Y company and the current situation of employees' innovation.From the perspective of constructing the measurement management table of error management atmosphere and employee innovation behavior,the factor analysis is used to test and analyze the reliability and validity of the scale used.The multiple regression analysis method is used to empirically study the corporate error management atmosphere.The impact of its employees' innovation behaviors proposes countermeasures to optimize the corporate error management atmosphere,thereby ensuring employees' innovation environment and inspiring employees' innovative behaviors.Through the research,it is concluded that whether the four dimensions of error management atmosphere have a positive impact on employees' innovative behavior.That is to say,in daily work,if enterprises and employees are good at error communication and thinking,and constantly improve their error learning and ability,the possibility of their innovative behavior will greatly increase,and the innovation mechanism will have a positive effect.At the same time,it is more conducive to the development of enterprises.Based on this,enterprises should constantly strengthen communication with employees,understand their acceptance of error management system and their perception of error management atmosphere,and then actively promote various kinds of training,continuously optimize the company's error management system.And then we can better play the role of error management system,we can better improve the attitude of employees towards positive error management atmosphere.Meanwhile,combined with the attitude of employees to the error management atmosphere,different levels of incentive mechanism are carried out in the innovation behavior of employees to further promote the occurrence of their innovation behavior.So as to achieve more excellent results,make the enterprise itself obtain more long-term development,make due contributions to the enterprise,and truly reflect the common growth and progress of the enterprise and employees in a practical sense.
