Research On Guide Infrared's Technology Breakthrough Behaviors And Financial Performance From The Perspective Of Dynamic Capabilities

On May 28,2018,President Xi emphasized that key core technologies cannot be bought,bought,or negotiated.Only by holding key core technologies in our own hands can we fundamentally guarantee national economic security,national defense security,and other security.Dare to follow the path that previous people have not gone through,strive to achieve independent controllability of key core technologies,and firmly hold the initiative of innovation and development in their own hands.In view of the rapid development of the domestic infrared market,high-tech companies' inadequate industrial structure,lack of innovative technologies,and insufficient breakthrough capabilities have become increasingly apparent.This article analyzes how high-tech companies in the industry are in the technology blockade stage,how companies cultivate different dynamic capabilities to adjust technological breakthrough behaviors and have an impact on corporate financial performance.This paper selects Wuhan Guide Infrared for case-exploration research,and divides the company's dynamic capabilities into absorption of imitation capabilities,independent innovation capabilities,and integrated innovation capabilities from the perspective of dynamic capabilities.In the early part of the company's local technology breakthrough behaviors,it is guided by the cultivation of its dynamic ability to absorb and imitate knowledge.It introduces advanced foreign technologies to achieve local technology breakthroughs and build primary industry systems.In the mid-term core technology breakthroughs of enterprises,it fosters autonomy.Leading innovation and dynamic capabilities,realizing breakthroughs in core key technologies,and building a complete industrial chain;In the overall breakthrough of the enterprise's industrial chain,it focuses on cultivating integrated innovation capabilities of the enterprise,realizing the improvement of the overall industrial chain of the enterprise,reducing product costs and expanding market share.There are also differences in the cores of enterprise technology breakthrough behaviors under different dynamic capabilities.This article divides enterprise technology breakthrough behaviors into: early local technology breakthrough behaviors,mid-term core technology breakthrough behaviors,and recent industry chain overall technology breakthrough behaviors.Next,this article comprehensively evaluates corporate financial performance from two aspects of corporate profitability and growth capabilities,and finds that high-tech companies' corporate profitability shows a trend of first decrease and then increase during the technological breakthrough behavior change.After that,the overall industrial layout of the enterprise became more balanced,and the growth rate of net profit rose exponentially.
