Research On The Competitiveness Of Private High-tech Enterprises Based On Dynamic Capabilities

With the further Complication of the external environment, promoting enterprise competitive ability for the survival of private high-tech enterprise is become increasingly important.Research on enterprise competitiveness in the traditional mode is relatively mature, and it proposed a relatively complete and widely accepted theory:resources, abilities and the scale of enterprise would have a significant impact on the competitiveness. But in today’s dynamic business environment, traditional competition theory is not suited to guide the development of private high-tech enterprises’ competitiveness, enterprises need the theory dynamic capabilities adapted current environment to guide its development, as well as training and enhancement of dynamic capabilities to enhance its competitiveness. So what is the relationship between dynamic capabilities and competitive? How dynamic capabilities have an impact on the competitiveness of private high-tech enterprises? This study is based on the very problems above.Based on many related literature’s induction and statistical analysis, this paper has proposed the affecting factors of private high-tech enterprise’s competitiveness model based on dynamic capabilities. The main objective is to testify external environment, corporate resources, capabilities, path dependence, firm size have a significant effect on private high-tech enterprise’s competitiveness.We received 233 valid samples through a questionnaire survey, and after an empirical analysis using SPSS, we found that:1) there is a positive correlation between resources & capacities; Resources and capabilities, including enterprise culture, human resources, knowledge and information resources, financial resources, technological resources, material resources,market resource, strategic skills, learning skills, creativity, human resource management and marketing skills have a positive and significant impact on private high-tech enterprises’ competitiveness, and compared to the resources, ability for private high-tech enterprises’ competitiveness is more useful.2) external environment have a significant positive impact on private high-tech enterprises’competitiveness,market-customer environments,the industrial environment and the policy environment have a significant positive impact on private high-tech enterprises’ competitiveness.3)path-dependence has a significant impact on the formation of private high-tech enterprises’ competitiveness, companies need to overcome the adverse effects of path dependence to adapt the external environment.4) the firm scale has a significant impact on private high-tech enterprises’ competitiveness, and medium and large scale’s effects is more greater.This paper also gets up with some key suggestions to solve these development problems based on model of analysis results. Only internal and external factors working together, can the competitiveness of private high-tech enterprise have a long-term and good future.
