Research On The Measurement And Optimization Strategy Of Supervision Quality Of Asset Evaluation Industry

Under the background of China's economy changing from high-speed growth stage to high-quality development stage,improving the level of modern service industry has become an important part of economic development.As a part of modern service industry,asset evaluation industry plays an irreplaceable role in the process of business merger,reorganization and listing.However,there are still some problems in the supervision of asset evaluation industry,such as legal vacancy and multi supervision.How to improve the supervision quality of asset evaluation industry by the supervision department has become the key to promote the healthy development of the industry.In order to effectively deal with these problems,this paper systematically discusses how to assess the quality of asset evaluation industry supervision and puts forward some applicable suggestions.Based on the comprehensive use of literature analysis,questionnaire survey analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,this paper makes a comprehensive assessment on the supervision quality of China's assets evaluation industry from 2014 to 2018,and puts forward relevant strategies to improve the supervision quality of the assets evaluation industry.The research content of this paper includes four parts.One is to systemize the theory and literature related to the supervision and quality assessment of the asset evaluation industry.The other is to use questionnaire to survey and make statistics on the current situation of the supervision of the asset evaluation industry and the influencing factors of the supervision quality.The third is to design the index system and the given weight of the supervision and quality assessment of the asset evaluation industry in China based on the survey and evaluation standards,then use the assessment system to conduct a comprehensive evaluation from 2014 to2018.Fourthly,based on the above research,explore the optimization strategies to improve the supervision quality of China's asset evaluation industry.Through the research of this paper,we mainly find these following conclusions.Firstly,there are some problems in the supervision of asset evaluation industry in our country,such as low degree of attention and great difficulty in real-time supervision.The main factors affecting the supervision quality are the perfection of the system,the implementation of the system and the design of the supervision process.Secondly,the regulatory quality evaluation results of China's asset evaluation industry showed a trend from “general level” to “good level” from 2014 to 2018,but they have not yetreached “excellent level”.Thirdly,this paper designs the supervision quality evaluation system of the asset evaluation industry,which is applicable to the supervision quality evaluation of the industry in our country.Fourthly,in order to improve the supervision quality of the asset evaluation industry in China,this paper proposes that we should build a comprehensive strategy including administrative supervision,self-discipline supervision and public opinion supervision,?At the same time,optimize the system from the perspective of system improvement,collaborative management,regulatory transparency and so on.On the basis of data sorting and investigation,this paper designs the index system of supervision quality assessment of asset evaluation industry,analyzes the change trend of supervision quality of asset evaluation industry in China in recent years,and puts forward targeted suggestions on how to improve the supervision quality of asset evaluation industry in China.This study has certain implications for the steady development of asset evaluation industry in China in the future.
