Currently,with the readjustment of financial market mode and order,the traditional financial industry represented by commercial banks is facing increasingly complex situation and increasing pressure.The emerging forces of financial markets,represented by Internet companies,are transforming the financial industry in their own unique ways,while also accelerating the transformation of traditional commercial banks.However,with the deepening of the financial market reform,the competition between commercial banks in China will be more intense,which also lead to more frequent flow of talents among commercial banks,especially the state-owned commercial banks,facing more serious brain drain under the impact of market transformation.In the current financial environment,the core content of market competition is the talent competition.How to maintain its own advantages and market share,how to adapt quickly to new roles and identities,how to achieve steady development in the fierce competition,has become the most urgent problem that every traditional commercial bank faces.Industrial and Commercial Bank of China(ICBC)is the bank with largest assets size and volume among state-owned commercial banks,plays an important role in the financial market of China and the world.How to stabilize the sailing direction of this huge ship in the wave of market transformation is the prerequisite for Industrial and Commercial Bank of China(ICBC)to keep steady development,of these,the construction and improvement of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China(ICBC)internal talent training system has become a key to open this series of contradictions.Based on Maslow's demand level theory and learning organization theory,this paper takes the platform of the corporate university “Gongyin University” as the research object,which is the basis of the current talent training system of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China(ICBC).In the specific research method,the author uses different forms such as the combination of theory and case analysis,comparative analysis and questionnaire survey,and tries to show and analyze the overall operation of the platform “Gongyin University” from various dimensions.From a horizontal perspective,this paper compares the measures taken by other commercial banks in talent training,including other state-owned commercial banks,local commercial banks and foreign commercial banks,deeply understands the commonalities and differences between the talent training systems of different banks,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages and characteristics of the talent training systems of other commercial banks.The conclusions are drawn by summarizing,which are used to analyze the operation of “Gongyin University” platform in Jiangxi branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank(ICBC).At last,this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures according to the research results:(1)enrich the training content and form;(2)expand the number of beneficiaries of training;(3)implement incentive mechanism;(4)improve the assessment of training indicators;(5)increase the accesses to business knowledge.Try to help Jiangxi branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China(ICBC)to build a better and better talent training system by these measures,as well as provide reference for other commercial banks to build their respective talent training systems.
