The Research On Talents Cultivation Of Peri-urban Modernistic Agriculture In Beijing

In recent years, Chinese C ommunist Party Central Committee launched an important strategy for "building new socialist countryside", and the key to realize this strategic goal is cultivation of modern farmer talents. Plenty of modern farmer training activities are carried out by Government departments at all levels, while theoretical researches on urban modern farmer training are lagging behind, especially researches on farmers in such a great metropolis as Beijing are rare.This paper gives definitions and implications to Modern Farmer and Modern Urban Farmer firstly, and introduced some basic theories such as Marxism on human development in an all-around way, Schurz's theory on Human Resource, and theory on lifelong education.Secondly, guided by economics and pedagogics, and based on questionnaire and survey data, this paper analyzed the status quo and variation trend of Beijing agri-labor's inner qualities,Finally, compared with foreign farmer training mode and experience, combined with development features of metropolis agriculture in new era, this paper draw a draft on an new cultivation mode for Beijing metropolis farmer, and make some policy suggestions.
