Nowadays, the enterprise competition are gradually fierce in the age of knowledge economy. This kind of competition can be considered as the competition of talented person, the competition of employee's quality, the competition of employee's learning ability, in a way. Although traditional universities take the responsibility to bring up excellent talented person, they can't deal with the changeable mark. Especially there has some differences between traditional universities' talents cultivation mode and the talented person that enterprise need. Corporate university can solve this problem effectively by cultivating the talented person according to the enterprise actual need. The corporate university is a new model of higher education which is developed and managed by the organization. At the same time, it is also a new kind of enterprise talents cultivation mode.The main body of this paper includes four parts. Firstly, the author give an introduction of the corporate university which include its appearance and development, its characteristic and function in order to pave the way for the research of the corporate university's talents cultivation mode. Secondly, the author gives the expatiation and definition of "the talents cultivation mode" and "the talents cultivation mode of corporate university", and it is also the theory basis of this research. Thirdly, the author elaborates the talents cultivation mode of corporate university from five aspects. These aspects are target of talents cultivation, curriculum, learning style, the system of quality and teachers. Finally, the author analyzes the problems existing in the talents cultivation mode of our corporate university and puts forward relevant countermeasures.
