Under the influence of many factors,such as the depression of the real economy,the intensification of inter-bank competition and the development of Internet finance,the development of rural commercial Banks in county areas is particularly difficult,and the brain drain problem of rural commercial Banks is very serious.The object of this paper is rural commercial bank of county-HF rural commercial bank.In recent years,due to the influence of many factors such as settlement of other Banks and prominent operational pressure,HF rural commercial bank has suffered extremely serious brain drain.In this paper,the HF agri-businesses Banks to study the brain drain problem,through the HF agri-businesses bank data research and on-the-spot interviews,to understand HF farming the development of commercial Banks,and analyzes the characteristics of its personnel loss,thus further analysis of the internal and external factors that affect the brain drain,and discusses the HF agri-businesses Banks how to formulate the corresponding effective measures to crack the brain drain problem.This paper firstly sorts out the related concepts and theoretical basis of brain drain in Banks,analyzes the main factors of brain drain in commercial Banks on the basis of summarizing previous research results,and summarizes the reasons for brain drain by summarizing the characteristics of brain drain in HF rural commercial Banks.Including:first,business development pressure prominent;Second,the lack of human resource incentive;Thirdly,the compensation of employees is unreasonable;Fourth,the corporate culture is not strong.In view of the above reasons,this paper,by referring to the talent management theory of excellent enterprises at home and abroad and the experience of talent management of other commercial Banks,combined with the actual situation of HF commercial Banks,puts forward corresponding countermeasures.Inview of the loss factors of HF commercial Banks,this paper puts forward:first,accelerate the pace of business development,continuously enlarge the deposit and loan problems,optimize the asset quality,carry out business transformation and upgrading,and make the structure adjustment of the existing loans;Second,we should improve the recruitment mechanism,increase the proportion of registered employees in the county,adjust the proportion of employees' educational background,and ensure the fairness and justice of employee recruitment.Third,improve the performance appraisal system,constantly optimize the way of employee appraisal,increase the proportion of performance salary,strengthen the salary appraisal research;Fourth,broaden the promotion channel mechanism,establish a scientific selection and employment mechanism,establish a dynamic talent pool,increase staff skills training,and open up a channel for professional promotion and development;Fifth,strengthen the construction of corporate culture,enhance the cohesion of all staff.Through the research on the brain drain problem of HF rural commercial bank and the reason analysis,this paper puts forward the solutions and methods to effectively reduce the brain drain problem of bank,so as to provide reference and reference for solving the brain drain problem.
