With the rapid development of China's economy,the financial market is fully open,and the competition has gradually upgraded.A growing number of local Banks to open branches in constantly,grab market share,dig all kinds of talents.H bank Hangzhou branch in recent years the loss of many jobs talent,find the reason,countermeasures is urgent need to solve right now.In this case,analysis the reason,is of great significance.In this paper,the relevant theory of the domestic and foreign talents loss,on the basis of the theory,the paper analyzes the characteristics and trends of the H bank's Hangzhou branch in recent years,and combined with the questionnaire,analyzes the main reasons for the loss of the bank.At the same time,combined with the practice of the bank,put forward the strategies to keep the bank staff,including staff turnover management system,pay policies,employee career management and bank personnel mechanism construction and so on.This paper uses the theory and method of enterprise brain drain at home and abroad to carry out a bold analysis and suggestion on the brain drain of Hangzhou branch of H bank.
