Urbanization is an important part of my country's socialist modernization process and an inevitable trend of long-term development.In the past,the dual urban-rural development in my country's long-term planned economic system has created barriers between urban and rural areas,hindered the diversified development between urban and rural areas,and led to the emergence of urban-village problems.The study of urban villages has the characteristics of interdisciplinarity.The transformation of urban villages is a complex task,which not only involves the regeneration of the community's physical space,but also is closely related to the community's behavioral space and social relations,and the improvement of the human settlement environment.The related research on the problem of villages in cities is an important research that is conducive to the positive development of cities.Based on the theory of cellular,human settlement environment and urban renewal,this paper studies the connotation of urban villages and urban fringe areas,explores the interaction and symbiotic mechanism between urban villages and environmental development,and builds a "cellular" In theory,the urban village renewal plan.Through field research and other methods,the current status of the development of the ancient city of Nantou in Shenzhen was investigated.The current status and problems of the development of the ancient city were analyzed from the perspective of the current relationship between the population and the social network of the ancient city.The current status and problems of Shenzhen urban village reconstruction,through the development experience of fishermen village,Caiwuwei and Xinweizai village,explore the urban village reform model in Shenzhen.Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the transformation model of Shenzhen's traditional urban villages,elaborating the advantages of the "cellular" model transformation,conforming to the development logic of the ancient city of Nantou,using the basic "cellular" model theory as the main basis,surveyed through interview questionnaires and other materials The environmental status of the ancient city of Nantou in Shenzhen,analyzed the applicable space for people in the ancient city of Nantou,and built a "honeycomb" structure model of the ancient city of Nantou from the perspective of urban development,socioeconomic perspective and internal function of the village in the city,drawing on the experience of Shenzhen city village transformation,Combing the process of the transformation of the ancient city of Nantou,we explored the "1000 possibilities of life" in the ancient city of Nantou,and built a "human community" with multiple functions and cultural highlights.From the perspective of social level,institutional level,technical level,spatial level,etc.,the strategy of environmental renewal and reconstruction of Shenzhen Nantou Ancient City was constructed,with a view to providing a new paradigm for the sustainable renewal of Nantou Ancient City.
