Research On The Development Of Family Farm In Shuangyang Town,Linghai City

With the continuous innovation and development of China's agriculture,in recent years,some new agricultural subjects have gradually become an important carrier of China's agricultural development,among which many new subjects emerge,such as farmers' cooperatives,family farms,agricultural enterprises,major professional households and so on.This paper will study the family farm,in order to explore its development status and provide development countermeasures.At present,family farms have achieved good application results in agricultural production and operation at home and abroad.However,due to the large land area and large number of agricultural employees and many other practical conditions in China,no matter from the internal factors of their own development,or from the external factors,such as land circulation,capital environment,technical environment,policy and other factors,family farms come into being There are many restrictive factors in the process of development and expansion.Under the background of the above research,this paper selects the family farm in Shuangyang Town of Linghai city as the research object,collects the relevant data of family farm development through the domestic and foreign literature,and analyzes the development path and current situation of family farm in Shuangyang Town of Linghai city from its regional characteristics,agricultural industry and social and economic development status.Through the questionnaire,this paper makes a descriptive statistical analysis of its development,and discusses its influencing factors.On this basis,a conclusion is formed and some suggestions are put forward.The main conclusions of the paper are as follows: first,from the survey data of 26 family farms in Shuangyang Town,Linghai City,the main fund channel of farm funds is agricultural credit loan,and the form of fund acquisition is relatively single.At the same time,from the data of family farm operation scale,number of employees,agricultural production input and market service system,it can be seen that there are obvious differences between the survey samples in different index scales Regional spatial differences.Second,from the perspective of production and operation of family farms,family farms in Shuangyang Town are mainly engaged in agricultural production.In recent years,three common operation modes have been formed,namely,"family farms + professional cooperative industry","family farms + agricultural leading companies","family farms + professional cooperatives + agricultural leading companies".A relatively sound market service system for family farms has been established,but the role of the service system is relatively limited,which can not really meet the diversified needs of the rapid development of family farms.Third,from the perspective of the influencing factors of family farms in Shuangyang Town,the internal influencing factors mainly include the quality and operation mode of operators.The quality of operators is not high,and the comprehensive use of modern management means and ability is low.The external factors mainly focus on land,capital,technology and policy,all of which play an important role in the development of family farms.At the end of the paper,some suggestions are put forward,such as establishing new farmer groups,improving land transfer system,expanding and adjusting the capital source and investment proportion of family farms,strengthening technical training,defining the recognition standard of family farms,implementing diversified industrial operation mode,strengthening the support and guarantee of policy.
