With the advent of the Internet age,people's way of communication has undergone profound changes,At the same time,the demand and requirement of network are becoming higher and higher.From 2G,3G network to the mainstream 4G network in the market,and5 G networks have just been commercialized.Mobile communication has changed people's way of life,making our life more convenient and diversified,People's demand for multifunctional communication mode is more and more strong.At present,4G service is the main revenue source of personal service,so while accelerating the construction of 5G,we should also dig deeper into the growth point of 4G business.In the environment of carrying number to transfer network,design tariff items to attract customers,to develop new customers at the same time,to prevent the loss of old customers.In recent years,the national policy of "speeding up and reducing fees" has improved the level of information consumption and application of informatization in the whole society,provide impetus for China's economic development,but it reduces the revenue of the communication industry,increase competition in the industry,Therefore,it is very important for an enterprise to formulate a competitive strategy suitable for development,which can enable the enterprise to make profits in the fierce competition in the industry and guide the enterprise to the direction of healthy development.This paper chooses H branch of China Mobile(Hereinafter referred to as H branch)as the research object,Analysis of the enterprise's current competitive strategy and existing problems.From the perspective of competitive strategy,PEST analysis,Porter's five Forces model and SWOT analysis are used to analyze the internal and external environment faced by H branch.Through the analysis of the enterprise's existing competitive strategy adjustment,and from the organizational structure,technical capacity,risk management and control,human resources and capital budget to provide a guarantee for the smooth implementation of the strategy.
