With the continuous innovation of the communication network, intelligent terminal and the technology of internetwork, we have already come to a new times which the mobile internet develops at full speed. Mobile internet integrates the advantages that the anywhere, anytime, anyplace of the mobile and the share, open and interaction of the internet, and makes it have huge targeted customers, and broad prospects of market for development. Undoubtably it becomes a hotly contested spot to the mobile communication operators in the meanwhile.And the mobile application store (MM) is a strong strategic business for China Mobile to campaign in the field of mobile internet. It has inestimable strategic significance, no matter for which areas of the China mobile communication company, that how is the business going.This thesis attempts to research the developmental strategy of MM business in China Mobile Communications Corporation Inner Mongolia limited company to find out the developmental direction and strategy and to promote the rapid and healthy development of Inner Mongolia MM business. This thesis is based on the theory of strategic management, with the use of PEST, SWOT analysis method, to analyze the external macro industrial and internal environment of Inner Mongolia MM business.On this basis, through the SWOT analysis of the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the Inner Mongolia MM business, the paper puts forward that the service of Inner Mongolia MM business must focus on competition strategy. In order to ensure that the strategy of Inner Mongolia MM business will be implemented, the relevant strategies is put forward, the relevant guarantee measures has been clear.Through the research of the service strategy of the Inner Mongolia MM business in new times, it has material significance for the sustained and healthy development of Inner Mongolia MM the business.
