HM Dalian company is a new retail industry company incubated under the internet background.As the leader of the new retail industry,HM Dalian company is facing the opportunities and challenges of wireless.Whether the enterprise can accept the advanced Internet retail thinking and can quickly understand and cater to the consumers' consumption habits determines the speed and quality of the company's strategic development to a certain extent.The competition of enterprises is the competition of talents.The proportion of grass-roots employees in HM Dalian company is as high as 81.8%.It is an urgent problem for the construction of human resource recruitment system to effectively reserve grass-roots employees in line with the development of new retail industry,to continuously reserve talents for enterprises and to realize the high-speed development of enterprises.Chapter one introduces the research background and significance,research contents and methods,as well as the current situation and development trend of related research at home and abroad.Chapter two mainly defines the relevant concepts involved in this study,and briefly introduces the relevant theories to be used in the subsequent research and analysis.Chapter three designs and distributes the questionnaire through the combination of questionnaire and second-hand data collection,and obtains the present situation HM Dalian Company's employment system and analyzes its existing problems through statistical analysis.Chapter 4 Adoption of the HM of Dalian CompanyAfter the establishment and implementation of the system,it can help HM Dalian company to establish a recruitment system for grass-roots employees in line with the new retail development of the Internet,recruit more efficient and fast grass-roots employees to match their positions,meet the needs of personnel echelon reserve in the development of the enterprise,and finally solve the recruitment problem of grass-roots employees of HM Dalian company.
