Study On MD Casting Ltd's Recruitment Problems And Solutions

The rapid development of the society make more and more enterprises realize the importance of human resources,and also realize that the competition between the enterprises in the final analysis is the competition between talents, thus the recruitment work as the first part of human resource management is particularly important, the success of the recruitment work determines whether the enterprise can obtain competent, comprehensive and matched employees, also determines whether the enterprise can establish a reasonable scientific and effective human resources management system. How to attract good employees move into and how to make employees and enterprises go through thick and thin together has become important topics in human resources managers. This article analyses the present situation of human resource management in Mida Casting Ltd., and found the problems of the enterprise and targeted proposed countermeasures. To improve recruitment work we need to follow these measures: development of scientific staff recruitment plan, and build talents pool; do the job analysis, detail job responsibilities; do person-post matching analysis, increase of background checks; expand and optimize employee assessment methods, to improve the professionalism of the interview; summary assessment of the recruitment work and other work recruitment channels. With a view to enhance the effectiveness of corporate recruitment, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises for the future development of enterprises play a guiding role.
