With the development of our country's economy,the bank also more and more high-end customers,bank of high-end customers at the same time of wealth accumulation,also has a higher demand on wealth management,which bank is the main place to high-end clients wealth management,while the ratio of high-end customers in the bank has yet to reach 20%,but the wealth they have more than 80%of the total assets of Banks.Therefore,it is necessary to take the high-end customers of bank A as the research object and conduct research on the problem of loyalty enhancement.On the one hand,it is beneficial to improve the service level of the bank and enhance the overall service efficiency.On the other hand,it is beneficial for Banks to enhance customer stickiness and contribute to the development of business.According to data from A bank,the bank's high-end customer turnover rate is higher,have A very big impact on the bank's business development,therefore,in this paper,A high-end customers bank as the research object,on the basis of summarizing the relevant research results,through theory combing,field interviews,questionnaires and methods of empirical research analysis,sort out the main factors influencing the bank of A high-end customer loyalty,using analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to affect weight,and finally draw the conclusion:A bank high customer loyalty of ascension requires the combination of many factors.After a series of analysis and research,the author roughly divides the influencing factors into the following five aspects:brand image,product category and innovation,service quality,transfer cost and customer satisfaction.Therefore,in order to improve the loyalty of high-end customers,the first thing Banks need to do is to meet the needs of high-end customers.Based on the actual operation situation of bank A,this paper proposes A strategy to improve the high-end customer loyalty of bank A through research and analysis,which has strong pertinence.The application of the research results to the practice has guiding significance-for the maintenance and improvement of the high-end customer loyalty of bank A.This paper is based on A bank of high-end customers,high-end customer loyalty to the promotion of its effective strategy is analyzed,based on the basis of empirical analysis,put forward the importance to banking service quality,product structure,shape good rich bank brand,attaches great importance to the construction of value-added services,achieve customer loyalty.Finally,it is hoped that the research conclusions of this paper can provide reference opinions for the improvement of the loyalty of high-end customers of bank A,and also hope that this paper can provide theoretical and empirical references for the improvement of high-end customer loyalty of other Banks.
