With the arrival and continuous development of knowledge economy,human resources play a more and more important role in the survival and development of enterprises.Talent has become an important source for enterprises to obtain core competitiveness.Market competition has become more and more oriented to the competition of talents.Giving full play to the enthusiasm and initiative of all positions has become the key for enterprises to continuously enhance their competitive advantage.In modern enterprise management,performance appraisal has become an important basis for the implementation of various management,an effective performance appraisal system can provide an effective basis for decision-making,and enhance the scientific and effective management.It helps to achieve the consistency between the individual goals of the employees and the overall objectives of the enterprise.As an outstanding manufacturer of environmental protection and sanitation equipment in China,the company occupies a higher market share and larger scale.However,with the continuous development of the whole industry,the pressure of survival and development of L Company is also increasing,and specialized marketing talents have become an important demand of L Company.Therefore,how to fully retain outstanding marketing talents has become a key issue in the development of L Company.This article mainly uses the literature research method,the interview method and the empirical research method to carry on the inspection to the L company marketing personnel performance appraisal system,analyzes the L company marketing personnel performance appraisal present situation on the basis of the full use of domestic and foreign scholars'research,and from the appraisal goal,the appraisal method,the appraisal target,the appraisal process and so on.The main problems are pointed out.On the basis of comprehensive analysis,this paper optimizes its performance appraisal system by means of balanced scorecard,mainly from the basic assumption,selection of appraisal indicators,scoring standards,index weight,classification and other aspects.Finally,the paper discusses the implementation strategy of the performance appraisal system for marketing personnel of L company,and puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of the performance appraisal system.This study has a certain reference value for guiding L company to implement more effective performance appraisal for marketing personnel.
