Research On The Operation Mode Of "Hui-tongda" Rural Electric Business

In recent years,rural e-commerce has been developing rapidly in China's vast rural areas.Both regional rural e-commerce enterprises with obvious local characteristics and national e-commerce enterprises believe that rural areas are a market with great development potential.Different levels of central and local governments have issued relevant policies,laws and regulations to regulate the sustainable and healthy development of rural e-commerce,and the development of rural e-commerce has been endowed with multiple strategic significance,such as rural revitalization and targeted poverty alleviation.Taking the rural e-commerce operation mode as the research object,this paper firstly analyzed and expounded relevant theories such as e-commerce and operation mode,and then analyzed and studied the development status of rural e-commerce in China based on my data collection,and summarized the problems encountered in the development of rural e-commerce in China.Combined with specific case company,huitong network development co.,LTD.,is introduced,analysis of its unique business model,including from different angles such as internal management and market development in huitong network co.,LTD.,this paper analyzes the rural electronic commerce operation mode,summarizes the huitong network shares co.,LTD.Rural electronic commerce operation mode.Finally,it is proposed to build an operation model that is in line with the current stage of China's rural e-commerce,with strong practical operability and close connection between theory and practice,which provides a new idea for the benign development of rural e-commerce.The research shows that the deep cultivation of the rural market of rural e-commerce enterprises is in essence the reintegration of supply chain and channel business.That is to integrate a powerful supply chain platform(s)with thousands of merchants directly serving rural customers(small b),and combine the creativity of people and the creativity of the Internet to cultivate a new enabling platform.Rural e-commerce operation model S2b2c is one of the effective modes to develop rural e-commerce.
