The Optimization And Implementation Of Contract Management Process For MR Group

At present, enterprises are facing a number of challenges, and thus need to adjust their strategies in a timely manner in light of the fast-changing environment and the trends. Even if enterprises have the right strategies, it cannot guarantee the company’s success, and the majority of companies are enlarging the gap with the competitors in almost the same strategic direction as a result of disparity in execution. With respect to the strategy execution of large-scale enterprises, how to put it into practice smoothly through business process management has become more critical and important.The paper-based processes are not enough to achieve the practical implementation of strategies, but also requires the support of information systems. In this paper, the company involved- MR Group, was looking to reengineer & optimize the business process system of contract management and solidify execute the information system for MR Group in combination with the relevant theories of business process. It is designated to illustrate how to establish a comprehensive process management system under the guidance of a process-centric management philosophy, and how to set up efficient and smooth operation of system based on the reengineering, analysis, optimization of the process.Business Process Management System(BPMS) provides automated means for the operation of process, which can quickly build new processes through modeling portfolio and offer more efficient services for enterprises, so as to reduce costs.Meanwhile, the process analysis capabilities provided by BPMS are able to timely reflect the company’s operating performance, and provide strong support for business decisions and strategies.In this paper, based on the analysis and summary of MR Group’s business process management system, and in accordance with the reengineering, optimization of contract management and the solid implementation of BPMS information system by MR Group, it has illustrated how to establish a comprehensive process management system and guarantee the solid implementation of BPMS information system under the guidance of process-centric management philosophy, so as to provide a reference for companies turning from the traditional functional organizations to the process-centric organizations.
