Study On The Development Of Rural Collective Economy In Shuangyang District Of Changchun

All along,the Party Central Committee attaches great importance to the development of the new socialist countryside,and vigorously developing and strengthening the village level collective economy is the focus of rural construction.The development of rural collective economy should further improve the basic systems of rural areas;protect the interests of farmers in a deeper level;promote the function and concept of collective economy to accelerate the development of village collective economy;establish a new mode of operation and development of village collective economy,focusing on large-scale development,integrating village collective resources and adjusting measures to local conditions to establish a new type of village collective operation in line with the actual situation System.In the process of rural collective economy development in China,village level collective economy is one of the important components.It can provide good economic guarantee and rich material basis for the development of new rural areas.At the same time,it can promote the reform and development of grass-roots rural areas,accelerate the intensive development of modern agriculture,effectively realize the comprehensive integration of rural resources,and further coordinate the development of urban and rural areas,To lay the foundation for the realization of the goal of socialist common prosperity.Taking Shuangyang District of Changchun as an example,this paper puts forward policy suggestions by analyzing the development and problems of village level collective economy in Shuangyang District of Changchun.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research background,research status,research objectives and research methods.Secondly,combined with relevant research materials at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the concept and function of village collective economy,and expounds the theory of property rights and agricultural cooperative economy,which lays a theoretical foundation for the later relevant analysis.Finally,the paper analyzes the realistic basis of the rural collective economic development in Shuangyang District of Changchun City,and combines the performance evaluation of the village collective economic development in Shuangyang District of Changchun City,and combines with the questionnaire survey method to select the influencing factors and indicators affecting the rural economic development,and obtain the performance evaluation results through regression and factor analysis.Through the above analysis and verification method,the factors restricting the village collective economy in Shuangyang District of Changchun City are obtained.Finally,by using a large number of detailed data and referring to the collective economic development of villages,including Yonglian village in Zhangjiagang(integration of village and enterprise),Trident community of Sijiqing street in Hangzhou(driven by town),huanggongwang Village(beautiful rural type)in Fuyang City,and Based on the four cases of Wangshan Village(rural tourism type)in JiangsuProvince,this paper sums up the enlightenment and experience for the development of village collective economy in Shuangyang District of Changchun City,and puts forward the general idea of developing the rural collective economy in Shuangyang District of Changchun City,and points out that the development of organization supervision is not perfect,the economic development trend is rough and single,the lack of effective management mechanism,and the financial support policy is not In order to develop the rural collective economy in Shuangyang District of Changchun City,five suggestions are put forward to develop the rural collective economy in Shuangyang District of Changchun City,such as establishing a scientific incentive and supervision mechanism,correctly guiding the development direction of the village level collective economy,improving the management mechanism of grass-roots organizations,increasing financial support and improving the talent training system.It is hoped that this study can provide theoretical reference and practical application value for the development of rural collective economy in Shuangyang District of Changchun City,and provide reference for similar situations.
