Study On The Development Of Village Collective Economy In Xiaoshan District Of Hangzhou

Village-level collective economy is an important part of rural social development and an indispensable part of socialist market economy.Village-level collective economy development is not only related to the interests of the broad masses of farmers,and affect the rural reform and development of the important plate,village-level collective economy development to improve productivity in the countryside,reduce the gap between urban and rural areas,and to consolidate and perfect rural dual operation system which combines unification of the basic system,but also strengthened the confidence of farmers adhere to the socialist road.However,due to the differences in resource endowment,the development of village-level collective economy between districts is different.Under the socialist market economy system,there are still some contradictions and problems in the development of the village collective economy in China.This paper selects xiaoshan district of hangzhou city,zhejiang province as the research object,and carries out the research on the influence of village-level collective economic development.This paper is divided into six parts: one is to sort out the domestic and foreign research on the development of village-level collective economy;Second,the concept and theoretical basis of village-level collective economy;The third is to investigate the current situation of village level collective economic development in xiaoshan district.Four is the brief analysis typical area development pattern;Fifth,the xiaoshan district in the village level collective economic development of the existence of relevant problems and causes analysis;The sixth is to put forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions for the problems in the development of xiaoshan district.Through the study of village-level collective economy in xiaoshan district,it is found that there are four main problems in the development of village-level collective economy in xiaoshan district,that is,the rich and poor trend of village-level collective economy development is obvious;Village-level collective economy has narrow hematopoietic channels and low income;Village level collective economic burden is larger,rigid expenditure accounts for a large proportion;Management personnel incentive system is not perfect,the initiative of cadres is poor.In view of the above problems,this paper attempts to solve them from the following aspects: Support village collective income by points and industries;Strengthening the construction of industrial development system;Improve the innovation mechanism of industrial development;Intensify industrial upgrading and transformation;Insist on linkage up and down,and integrate development forces for village-level economic development.
