Research On The Development Of Non-state-owned Economy In Shuangyang District Of Changchun City

When the founding of New China,the Party Central Committee adhered to the strategy of “priority development of heavy chemical industry”.Due to historical reasons,the northeast region has a solid industrial base,sufficient natural resources,and a large proportion of the state-owned economy.With the exhaustion of energy in the northeast region and the aging of the industrial structure,the old industrial bases in Northeast China have been declining.The state has continuously advocated the revitalization of the old industrial bases in Northeast China and has given great policy support.However,with the economic development and industrial structure upgrading,the private economy has played an increasingly important role in the development of the national economy.Shuangyang District of Changchun City has the advantages of natural resources,economic accumulation,and policies,but there are also problems such as backward talents,lagging trademark strategy,and small scale.Based on the law and characteristics of regional economic development,this paper studies the particularity of the development of private enterprises in the region on the basis of studying the general law of private enterprise development,analyzes the problems and causes of the development of private enterprises in Shuangyang District,and learns from the experience of private economy development in developed regions in China.Put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of private economy in Shuangyang District,including the government leading the way,taking the road of industrial clustering,increasing the role of policy leading,reducing the cost of starting enterprises,strengthening the concept of training and education,and innovating enterprise managers.Cooperate,enhance the technological content of the industry,increase policy support and service system construction for financial issues,increase technological and industrial innovation,actively implement the policy of “transfer to enterprises”,expand the scale of market entities,implement brand strategy,and expand product awareness.This will promote the development of private enterprises in Shuangyang District and promote the rapid growth of the regional economy.
