China's 34 administrative regions form 66 provincial land boundaries,the border area is distributed 849 county-level administrative regions,the area of about 48% of the country.The inter-provincial boundary area is the marginal area of government investment in the era of planned economy,and the marginal area of foreign investment in the period of market economy.In the strategic deployment of the new round of northeast revitalization,the National Development and Reform Commission "on promoting the innovation and entrepreneurship development of the old industrial base in the Northeast"(Development and Reform revitalization No.1488)proposed,"encourage Tieling,Siping,Tongliao and other places to carry out collaborative innovation and cooperation,bigger and stronger inter-provincial economic development belt in the Northeast," Cultivating the region of advantage after cultivation" has geographical proximity,cultural similarity and economic similarity,and is located in the northeast region in the important strategic location of Chengnan Kaibei and east and west,but the current economic development shows more obvious underdevelopment,uncoordinated and unsustainable.Therefore,taking the four-Liao Tietong economic cooperation zone as an example,the space coordination of the interprovincial boundary area is focused on studying.First of all,through the relevant theory combing and case summary,the space cooperation analysis framework of inter-provincial economic cooperation zone is established: boundary effect transformation is the starting point of space cooperation in inter-provincial boundary areas,the deepening of industrial division of labor is the driving force of space cooperation in inter-provincial boundary areas,and the interoperability of transportation facilities is the path of space cooperation in interprovincial boundary areas.Then,based on the flow space theory,the characteristics of the industrial space network and transportation facilities are selected for "capital flow" and "traffic flow" to measure the characteristics of the industrial space network and the transportation facilities network,and finally put forward the proposal of space organization optimization.The main conclusions of this study are:First,under the perspective of "capital flow",Tieling plays a stronger role in the national economic operation than Siping,Liaoyuan and Tongliao,while Four Ping is stronger than Liaoyuan and Tongliao,while Tongliao is closely related to Beijing's enterprises due to its location and other factors,and can be used as an important window for the exchange of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city groups in the economic cooperation zone.The internal characteristics of networked and dual-center radiation are presented within the four-Liao Tietong economic cooperation zone,and the contact intensity of administrative units outside the scope of the administrative region sits weak.Second,from the perspective of "traffic flow",from the perspective of high-speed rail flow network,Shiping City is located in the secondary city node of the northeast region transportation network,Tieling City is located in the third-level city node,Tongliao and Liaoyuan are at the lowest level(five levels)urban node.From the perspective of the pu-iron flow network,Shiping City is located in the first-level city node of the northeast region's transportation network,Tieling City is located in the second-level city node,Tongliao and Liaoyuan are at the lowest level(five-level)urban node.From the passenger flow network,Siping city and Liaoyuan city are located in the first-level city node of the transportation network,and Tieling city and Koryu city are located in the second-level city node of the transportation network.From the actual distribution of transportation network,the four regions of the first-level contact channels to be improved,mainly Tieling City and Tongliao City,the second-level transportation network Tongliao City needs to continue to improve,low network density.Third,it is suggested that the four-Liao-Iron-Tong economic cooperation zone should be optimized in terms of industrial function,transportation network and spatial structure.In the formation of a clear division of labor industrial function network,it is suggested that the agricultural products processing industry should be proposed to the enterprise type of the most complete,the largest number of branch enterprises in The four ping city gathering,the equipment manufacturing industry proposed to have the largest number of machinery manufacturing headquarters and branch enterprises in Tieling City,the energy industry and pharmaceutical industry proposed to Tongliao City,Tieling City is responsible for wind power energy industry,and source city proposes to gather major common key technological innovation research and development industry.In terms of optimizing the transportation network,it is proposed to upgrade the level of backbone traffic between Tongliao City,Siping City and Liaoyuan City,strengthen the central traffic accessibility of The City of Siping and The Koryu District,and add the traffic channelbetween the flags of the four districts.In the aspect of space structure optimization,it is suggested to form a five-level space network node with the four-level urban area as the core,and to form a five-level spatial link channel centered on the fourcity city.Fourth,the analysis framework and empirical ideas of the "flow space" theory in space cooperation in the cross-border economic cooperation zone are put forward,and the research on the coordinated development of china's inter-provincial boundary areas is promoted,and the analysis method of "flow" space has been tried in the aspects of industrial cooperation and transportation coordination in the inter-provincial boundary zone.
