In the era of knowledge economy,innovation has become a decisive factor for economic growth and comprehensive competitiveness.Regional innovation promotes economic growth.In turn,economic growth provides regional innovation with the innovation elements of technology,capital,talent and information needed for its development.Optimize the innovation environment,and the two promote each other and develop together.In 2007,Michael Porter of Harvard University first proposed the concept of “innovation-driven economy” in his “Global Competitiveness Report2007-2008”.In the report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China clearly stated the implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy.Emphasizing that scientific and technological innovation is a strategic support for improving social productivity and overall national strength,and believing that it must be placed at the core of the overall development of the country.Along with the deepening of global economic integration,the development of information networks and communication technologies,the process of technological globalization is accelerating,the resources for innovation are deployed globally,the innovation results are shared globally,the industrial chain is extended to the world,and the trend of specialized division of industrial chain is more The more obvious the innovation activities are carried out globally,the “boundary” has become more and more a “barrier” to economic development and technological innovation.The "13th Five-Year Plan" of our country proposes a new concept of coordinated development that promotes coordinated regional development,coordinated economic and social development,and continuously enhances developmental integrity.It aims to expand the regional and industrial development space and foster growth poles that drive regional coordinated development.Forming the driving force for innovation in development.With the promotion of innovation-driven policies and regional coordinated development strategies,different spatial units are promoting their innovation competitiveness,accelerating the flow and diffusion of knowledge and technology,actively promoting the allocation of innovative resources in different spatial units,and actively carrying out cross-border cooperation withcomplementary advantages.Promote cross-border innovation cooperation.Moreover,driven by a new round of technology and industrial revolution,modern science and technology innovation is more and more complex,no longer relying on one or two kinds of disciplines or a single technology,but a high degree of cross-cutting and deep integration in multidisciplinary and multi-technology fields.The uncertainty and individualization of users of technology products are increasing,the demand for scientific research and development expenses and scientific research talents is increasing,and the cycle of innovation results is getting shorter and shorter,uncertainty is increasing,and innovation costs are increasing.At the same time,the risks are increasing.The“rootedness” of resources in different regions has formed different characteristic industries in different regions,and the differences in regional resource endowments have led to the uneven distribution of economic development in geography.It is impossible for a single region to fully grasp all the innovative resources and have comprehensive Innovative advantage.Based on the above factors,it is necessary to further promote regional economic development and enhance its comprehensive competitiveness.Innovation on its own cannot meet the needs of development.At present,urgent requirements for cross-regional innovation cooperation have been put forward.At present,scholars have deeper theoretical and empirical research on innovation cooperation,but less attention has been paid to cross-regional innovation cooperation.Cross-regional innovation cooperation theory has not yet formed a system.The choice of regions mostly depends on the convenience of data acquisition.Empirical analysis of countries,provinces,large regional plates or cities as spatial scales.Under the guidance of the “Regional Coordination Strategy”,cross-regional innovation cooperation has also attracted the attention of government departments at all levels.From the regional planning and policy documents promulgated by government departments over the years,we can find that the spatial scale of China’s regional policies is constantly being refined.The smallest spatial scale between China’s regional planning and policy documents is “city”,and the city is part of the provincial,large-area sector and the country,and the difference in innovation resources between cities and cities is better than that of the provinces.The differences between the large regional sector and the country are larger,and the complementary advantages are more obvious.This paper selects thecity as the research area,proposes the theory of cross-city innovation cooperation and conducts the spatial structure of the inter-city innovation cooperation,the cooperation network and its relationship with economic growth.Empirical analysis,in order to provide certain theoretical guidance for cross-city innovation cooperation,and provide constructive opinions for coordinated development between cities.This paper focuses on patent cooperation-oriented cross-city innovation cooperation,comprehensive use of scientific measurement,social network analysis,geographic economic exploratory data analysis,spatial measurement and other methods,trying to explore the space for cross-city innovation cooperation from a spatial perspective and a network perspective.Structural characteristics and cross-city innovation cooperation network for analysis,and analysis of its relationship with economic.The first chapter puts forward the research background,research purpose and significance.It combs the theoretical research and empirical analysis of cross-urban innovation cooperation at home and abroad,defines the research scope of this paper,and proposes the research content and technical route of this paper.The second chapter is the theoretical analysis of cross-city innovation cooperation.Drawing on the theory of innovation and coordinated development,the theory of regional economics and the theory of new economic geography,the author proposes the meaning of cross-city innovation cooperation,analyzes its connotation,explores the motivation,operation mechanism and cooperation mode of cross-city innovation cooperation to build a cross-city.The theoretical framework of innovation cooperation lays the theoretical foundation for subsequent empirical analysis rowth,the main contents are as follows.The third chapter is an empirical analysis of the spatial structure of cross-city innovation cooperation capabilities.Using Arcgis software,Geoda software-related analysis tools and linear regression analysis to analyze the spatial structure characteristics of the innovation cooperation ability of the cities in the Pan-Pearl River Delta in the nine provinces and regions,and analyze the correlation between cross-city innovation cooperation capability and economic growth.The fourth chapter is an empirical analysis of the cross-city innovation cooperation network.Using social network analysis method to explore the overall network and individual network characteristics of the cross-city innovation cooperation network,andthe cross-city innovation cooperation form of the nine provinces and regions in the Pan-Pearl River Delta region,the spatial distribution of technology fields,and the ability of network capital to cross-city innovation cooperation The impact and its correlation analysis of the temporal and spatial evolution of economic growth.The fifth chapter is the research on the relationship between cross-city innovation cooperation and regional economic growth.Using EVIEWS software and linear regression method to study the relationship between cross-city innovation cooperation ability and regional economic growth.Using the econometric method and spatial Dubin model to explore the regional economic growth relationship of cross-city innovation network capital.The sixth chapter and the seventh chapter analyze the problems and countermeasures of the development of cross-city innovation cooperation.Based on the previous theoretical and empirical analysis,summarize the problems existing in the development of cross-city innovation cooperation,and propose targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
