Based on the traditional laboratory Information Management System(LIMS),a national inspection center actively constructs the industrial internet platform--the Laboratory Intelligent Management Platform(LIMP),aiming at the efficiency and the Quality.The LIMP has broad application prospects and social benefits,it can not only effectively solve the management difficulties of the laboratory,but also provide services for other testing and calibration laboratories.On the basis of the theory of project risk management and previous research,this paper use Delphi Method?Brain storming?Risk checklis to identify the program's primary risks,which have five aspects:the product scale risk,demand risk,correlation risk,management risk,technical risk and the derivative risks of these.Then calculate the value of all the derivative risks,the weight value between the derivative risks,the value of the primary risks,the weight value between the primary risks and the value of the project by the AHP method.The results are classified by risk assessment.According to the results of risk assessment and reality,the appropriate risk response measures are selected for each risk in order to reduce the probability of risk occurrence and the loss caused by risk.In order to keep the project risk management in a virtuous circle state,the paper keeps carrying on the risk supervision in the whole process of project risk management,identify each risk change in time and adjust the management measures according to the effect of risk management.
