Manufacturing industry is the main body of the national economy,is the foundation of the country,the country of the country,the foundation of the country.Since the middle of the eighteenth Century,the rise and fall of the world power and the history of the Chinese nation have repeatedly proved that there is no strong manufacturing industry,there is no strong national and national prosperity.To build a manufacturing industry with international competitiveness is the only way to enhance our comprehensive national strength,to ensure national security and to build a world power.Compared with the world advanced level,the manufacturing industry in China is still big but not strong,in the ability of independent innovation,resource utilization efficiency,obvious gap in terms of the level of industrial structure,the degree of information,quality,efficiency and so,the transition and upgrading and across development task is urgent and arduous.G group,with its advanced smart manufacturing upgrade ideas and advanced test result,into the national intelligent manufacturing demonstration pilot unit,its manufacturing center in shenyang in liaoning province and shenyang intelligent manufacturing demonstration pilot unit.In G group intelligent manufacturing project implementation process,due to the worldwide are no sample reference,in the aspects such as automatic,digital and intelligent upgrade work there are a lot of risk,in the process of the intelligent manufacturing upgrade project implementation need to be done on a variety of risk identification,analysis,and how to set up a complete set of effective risk avoidance scheme,make upgrade to provide reference for other enterprise’s intelligence,intelligent production to upgrade the risk in the process of project implementation,in this paper is the direction.This article first to the domestic and foreign scholars on the research achievements of industrial 4.0 are summarized,the "made in China 2025" has carried on the thorough elaboration,on the basis of the combination of G group intelligent manufacturing project to upgrade the status quo,the problems existing in the process of its implementation in detail,at the same time,this paper expounds the significance of establishing risk management system for intelligent manufacturing project.Next,the relevant theoretical knowledge of risk management and risk control are discussed in details.And in G group of intelligent manufacturing upgrading projects in shenyang as an example of intelligent manufacturing project a detailed analysis of the demand.On this basis,we first for the purpose of the risk factors of the filter,we adopt the fuzzy analysis of risk factors to carry on the scientific adjustment,and reasonable calculation of the weight of each index.Based on the above work for G group shenyang factory intelligent manufacture upgrade project builds a risk management model,and puts forward some Suggestions on the project risk control measures.Through the above analysis,this paper build the risk management model of intelligent manufacturing upgrading projects,the establishment of the model can be made for smart upgrade project risk management to provide certain scientific basis. |
