Research On The Risk Control Management Of SM's Agent Import Business

Since the 21 st century,with the development of global integrated economy,especially after China's accession to WTO,the rapid development of China's economy has led to a rapid rise in import trade.The trade between various countries has been increasingly close.As an agent,large foreign trade enterprises are often faced with unequal returns and risks,unequal rights and obligations of both parties,and problems such as low market share,high risk of default and improper operation.SM entertainment is a leading provider of import supply chain services in China.It benefits from the continuous growth of China's import trade scale,especially the import scale of mechanical and electrical products and bulk commodities.In recent years,its business scope and business scale have been significantly increased.Based on the SM company agent import business risk associated as the research subject,through the empirical analysis,case analysis and other research methods,nearly a decade of SM company encountered agent import business risk has carried on the induction,and combined with literature study,on the SM company agent import business risk recognition,the five kinds of risks are pointed out,including the client credit risk,and other customer credit risk,market risk,policy risk,internal risk management.Then,the analytic hierarchy process was used to construct the risk evaluation model of SM agency import business,and the weight values of 21 internal and external risk indicators were obtained.The important risk types faced by SM agency import business were sorted out according to their importance.According to the result of risk assessment,make risk response Suggestions for SM agency import business,including improving the client investigation and audit system,improving the ability of internal risk management,creating information base to realize tracking and early warning,and improving the ability of enterprise business risk response.At the same time,this paper points out that the risk management of import business agency of SM company should be guaranteed from four aspects: organizational structure,human resources,enterprise culture and third-party support.Through the research,it is found that the risk level of SM company's agent import business is not very high right now,however,due to the development and change of domestic and foreign economic and political environment and situation,the overall risks that enterprises need to face are on the high side,so it is necessary tostrengthen the attention and construction of the risk prevention and control system to carry out risk management and prevention.The research conclusion of this paper has important guiding effect on risk management of agent import business of SM company,and has certain reference significance for risk control of similar business.
