This paper takes M bank Nanjing Branch as the research object,and systematically analyzes and discusses the selection,implementation and guarantee of M bank Nanjing Branch’s competitive strategy.On the basis of PEST analysis and Porter’s five forces model,the external environment of M bank Nanjing branch is analyzed from two aspects of macro environment and micro environment of commercial bank’s M & A banking business,and the internal environment of M bank Nanjing branch is analyzed from two aspects of tangible and intangible assets.The internal and external factors of the company are evaluated through IFE matrix and EFE matrix,and it is concluded that the internal and external factors of M bank Nanjing branch are in the competition situation of M & a bank business,the internal advantages are slightly greater than the disadvantages,and the external opportunities are slightly greater than the threats.At the same time,this paper further used SWOT analysis to research the bank’s internal advantages and disadvantages,the external opportunities and threats of M bank Nanjing Branch,and also determines the best competitive strategy of M bank Nanjing Branch for M bank’s M bank business as the differences The QSPM matrix is used to compare cost leading strategy,centralization strategy and differentiation strategy.The specific implementation measures of M bank Nanjing Branch’s differentiated competition strategy for M bank’s merger and acquisition banking business are formulated,which are the differentiation of target customers and business scope,the differentiation of key products and product portfolio,and the differentiation of risk management and control.Furthermore,the strategic guarantee measures for M bank Nanjing branch’s merger and acquisition banking business are put forward,which mainly include: improving the product innovation mechanism,improve organizational management ability,strengthen credit risk management and control,strengthen human resource construction,and enhance cooperation with other institutions.
