With the advent of the "Internet economy" era,the sharing economy has become a new economic form, and this new economic form has also spawned non-standard labor relations that are not exactly the same as the traditional labor relations. The emergence of non-standard labor relations has had a negligible impact on traditional labor relations. The emerging non-standard labor relations are different from traditional labor relations in terms of employment form and attributes, which makes the past applicable to traditional labor relations. The identification of labor relations, employment norms and social insurance protection are no longer fully applicable to non-standard labor relations. With the widespread popularity of non-standard labor, the problems of blurred standards for non-standard labor relations identification, unclear employment scope, and lack of labor protection have gradually emerged.More and more attention has been paid to non-standard labor relations, making them a field of labor relations.A hot topic for several years. The sharing economy and non-standard labor relations have spawned many new professions, and car-hailing drivers are typical representatives of them. They have developed rapidly since the official appearance of the ride-hailing platform in 2014.While expanding the group size, there are more and more disputes over non-standard labor relations. How to identify such labor relations and how to ensure the participation of non-standard laborers in social insurance, especially C2 C mode full-time car-hailing drivers, due to the lack of social insurance protection provided by the unit. The issue of its participation in social insurance is very prominent. In this paper, through the review of the non-standard labor relationship identification standards and related case literature, and comparing three common employment modes of online car hire in China, identifying their labor relationships, focusing on the research and full-time online car driver groups in the C2 C mode,Compared with the other two types of ride-hailing driver groups, this group lacks units to participate in its insurance, and the dilemma of social insurance participation is most obvious.Survey the status and willingness to participate in social insurance for full-time car-hailing drivers under the mode, and summarize the questions in the questionnaire into three categories: demographic factors,job-hailing factors and social insurance cognitive factors.Regression analysis studies its influence on the willingness of full-time online car-hailing drivers to participate in insurance under the C2 C mode, and through interviews to understand the perception of the lack of social insurance protection by the online car-hailing drivers in the C2 C mode. The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1.The C2 C mode of full-time car-hailing drivers is not optimistic. Most of the online car rental drivers are not covered by the enterprise,so they can only participate in the social insurance of urban and rural residents in their household registration. The scope is very limited;2.The car-hailing drivers under this model are more willing to participate in endowment, medical and work injury insurance.3.C2 C mode full-time car-hailing drivers' willingness to participate in social insurance is affected by demographic factors, online car-hailing working factors and cognitive factors of the social insurance system;4.C2 C mode full-time car-hailing drivers have insufficient awareness of the social insurance system.
