This study examined the work on increasing oil palm production related to the upward technical efficiency of farmers in Lobaye Prefecture in Central Africa Repubic. The aim of this study is to analyse the technical efficiency of production by palm oil farmers and to determine the factors affecting the technical efficiency of palm oil production. The data was collected in 2019 and the respondents were from 150 farmers from industry.Stochastic frontier model border and multiple regression models were used to analyse the data. The result showed that the average age of respondents was 34.58 and that the majority of respondents were 49 percent in secondary school. Moreover, the survey results also indicated that 14 percent of respondents were not efficient(interval)while 28 percent were technically efficient.Empirical findings have shown that the technical efficiency of farmers is positively linked to the age, experience and type of seed sown.Farmers' education and age are also key determinants of oil palm production. It was found that palm oil production was positively linked to the hard-pressed production of farmers. This study could help in the government's policy formation to improve the technical efficiency of farmers as well as the output of farmers.New technologies, including the planning, control and management of timely provision of farm inputs and access to loans, should be made available to farmers at all times in order to promote efficiency in palm oil production.
