Study On The Implementation Of The Policy Of Farmers' Concentrated Residence In T District Of XuZhou City,JiangSu Province

The rapid development of new urbanization intensifies the demand for urban construction land,while rural construction land,especially the inefficient use of rural residential land,extensive idle and other phenomena occur frequently,and the contradiction between urban and rural land supply and demand is increasingly prominent.In this context,guiding farmers to withdraw from the homestead and realize centralized residence has become an important starting point to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of urban and rural land,and to coordinate the construction of urban and rural integration.It is also an urgent requirement to promote the development of China's new urbanization and help rural revitalization.From the perspective of the implementation of public policies,this paper analyzes the significance of the government's proposal of "farmers' concentrated residence".Combined with the current situation of case study and the theoretical perspective of this study,it explores the problems and reasons in the implementation of the farmers' concentrated residence policy in zone T,the conditions required for the implementation of the farmers' concentrated residence policy,and the conditions affecting the implementation of the farmers' concentrated residence policy.By learning from the successful experience of foreign new rural construction and southern Jiangsu,this paper seeks feasible intervention programs in policy and technology,finds out the methods that can solve the difficulties in the implementation of farmers' centralized housing policy,from the improvement of the system supporting the implementation of farmers' centralized housing policy,enhancing the publicity effect of farmers' centralized residence policy,and reshaping the implementation function of government departments We should strengthen the preparatory work of the early stage projects,and give some suggestions,which make the the policy of centralized residence of farmers can be carried out smoothly and orderly,and truly bring the farmers a real sense of gain and happiness.
