Study On The Predicament And Countermeasure Of The Urbanized Farmers During The Process Of Urbanization

With the development of industrialization and urbanization, many farmers whoget rid of the land leave the countryside into the city to be workers, they graduallyintegrate into city life and gradually realize the transformation from peasants tocitizens. This process is not only the process of industrialization and urbanization, butalso the inevitable result of industrialization and urbanization, what’s more, it’s aprocess of farmers to learn and gradually improve their own quality of their identityconversion to the citizen. The same time, the success of the urbanized farmers canpromote the stability and development of society, and promote the realization of thegoal of building a moderately prosperous. State and the government attaches greatimportance to this issue, formulated relevant policies, regulations and laws andregulations to promote the urbanization of farmers. Even so, the process of urbanizedfarmers of our country is still very slow. In this paper, on the basis of the literaturereview, firstly differentiates and defined the concept of urbanization, residentializationand urbanized farmers, then the relevant theories of urbanization and urbanization offarmers at home and abroad are introduced in this paper. It shows that the generalsituation and the close relationship between the urbanization and urbanization offarmers, we analysis the predicament of the urbanized farmers during the process ofurbanization in our county on farmers, government and social environment aspects,and discover the problem of the process of urbanized farmers of our country is veryslow, the urbanized farmers’ quality is not high, even exist half urbanization. In orderto promote the process of the urbanized farmers, we should based on the reasons ofpredicament and put forward reasonable scientific countermeasures.
