Research On Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Fruit Industry Development In Yulin City

With the continuous improvement of residents' income level,people's consumption of fruits is not only in great demand but also in high demand.The demand for safe,high-quality and fresh fruits will continue to increase.Fruit is also an important agricultural product in various countries,and an important source of income for rural farmers in China.Therefore,the development of fruit industry is of great significance to improve people's livelihood and develop economy.Yulin has strong economic development,rich land resources,deep soil layer,sufficient light,clean air,large temperature difference between day and night,which has the regional advantage of developing fruit industry;Yulin City has broad market spaces,multiple sales channels,developed transportation,which has market advantages in developing fruit industry;There are more than 600 varieties of wild and cultivated fruit trees in Yulin,among which jujube,apple and grape are the main species,and their output accounts for more than 84% of the total output of Yulin.In this paper,jujube,apple and grape were investigated to analyze the current situation and existing problems of the fruit industry in Yulin,and Jiaxian jujube was taken as an example to analyze the restrictive factors of industrial development: The fruit production of Yulin fruit industry is increasing on the whole,but the output is affected by natural disasters and fluctuates greatly.In terms of structural layout,most of the production is concentrated in the advantageous areas.Red dates are concentrated along the Yellow River,and apples are concentrated in the southern hilly and gully areas,and grapes are concentrated in the windy and sandy areas along the Great Wall.In terms of industrial cultivation,Yulin has the ability of deep processing of red jujube,but the scale is small,and the deep processing of apple and grape is still in a blank period,and the brand cultivation of red jujube and grape has not yet seen benefits,but apple's brand system has been established.According to the case study of jujube industry development in Jiaxian County: In terms of production scale,the planting area of jujube in Jiaxian county has reached 820000 mu,and the output can reach 250000 tons without disaster,which is quite large;In terms of regional layout,the regional characteristics of jujube distribution in Jiaxian are different,and the regional development trend is obvious;From the current situation of jujube processing and production,there are 58 processing enterprises in Jiaxian County,which have the ability to develop deep processing products;In terms of brand resources,Jiaxian jujube has obtained 1 world-class certification,2 European,American and Japanese certifications,4 national certifications.But the problems Jiaxian faces are not to be underestimated.The frequent occurrence of extreme weather,such as continuous rain,has resulted in the fission,mildew and even no harvests,which has affected the output of jujube;the high age,low education and low quality of the employees have led to the low management level of the orchard,which has affected the production efficiency of the orchard;the insufficient investment in mechanical operation,the lack of brand benefits,the low level of industrialization,the low purchase price of jujube,the low enthusiasm of jujube farmers,have affected the orchard benefits.According to the current situation and existing problems of jujube industry,Jiaxian county has set up a way of industrialization development by building demonstration base,increasing government subsidies,developing high value-added products,strengthening the construction of shared brand,establishing experimental base and expert workstation.In the development of Yulin fruit industry,it is mainly faced with the limitations of natural conditions such as climate drought,frequent late frost,poor soil,too much autumn rain,as well as the problems of insufficient industrialization level,shortage of professional talents and labor force and insufficient ideological understanding.Therefore,the research considers that: Yulin governments at all levels should strengthen organizational leadership,increase policy preferences,and enhance support for fruit industry;According to the regional conditions and industrial development foundation of Yulin,scientific development plans should be formulated to promote the concentrated development of fruit industry in the eugenic region;From the aspects of supporting new business subjects,promoting standardized production,improving construction of cold-chain and storage,building market management system,building brand marketing system,Yulin can promote the industrialization of fruit industry and improve the overall benefits of fruit industry;Yulin should employ external experts,establish a talent team,strengthen technical training,speed up scientific and technological transformation to do a good job in scientific and technological support for fruit industry;Through the establishment of hail prevention and disaster reduction service system,the improvement of various production facilities construction,and active research and development of disaster prevention technology,Yulin can cope with the frequent natural disasters;According to the concept of "green agriculture",Yulin should strengthen fruit detection and supervision to ensure fruit quality and safety.Finally,it is believed that Yulin fruit industry will develop healthily and rapidly,and will bring multiple effects such as economy,ecology and society to Yulin.
