Research On The Construction Of Risk Management System Of GS Company Based On COSO-ERM(2017)

Since the 21 st century,total risk management has become a global standardized risk management model.The goal of risk management in the framework of comprehensive risk management is to achieve the ultimate goal and achieve enterprise performance.Risk means that crisis also brings opportunities.Enterprise risk management can not completely eliminate all risks,but control the uncontrollable risks in the minimum range.In order to control the risk to the minimum,the enterprise management and staff need to realize the enterprise strategic goal and risk management unification,in short,the purpose of enterprise risk management is to achieve the enterprise strategic goal.Enterprises must consider risk management when formulating business strategies and objectives,instead of formulating risk management strategies after strategic objectives and strategies are determined.In this paper,GS company as a case study,the latest COSO comprehensive risk management framework in 2017 as the theoretical basis guidance,the latest risk management theory into GS company risk management system construction,which is worth studying for enterprises.Firstly,this paper introduces the concept of enterprise risk management and the theory of comprehensive risk management;secondly,taking GS company as a risk case study,it specifically describes the general situation of GS company,and analyzes its risk management status in detail.By comparing the risk elements in coso-erm comprehensive risk management theory in 2017,it finds out the problems existing in the construction of comprehensive risk management framework of GS company;finally,it focuses on GS The company puts forward the overall risk management framework system scheme in line with GS company,and formulates specific implementation steps and measures,and puts forward the safeguard measures for the construction of comprehensive risk management system.It is really meaningful to integrate COSO risk elements into GS comprehensive risk management framework,hoping to help GS company.
