Research On The Establishment And Guarantee Of The Main Status Of Farmers In Rural Revitalization

The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in the new era needs to establish and protect the status of farmers as the main body and give full play to the role of farmers as the main body.In recent years,the Party and the state have attached great importance to farmers' main body status in rural construction and urban-rural integration development.However,there are few studies on the establishment and guarantee of farmers' main body status in the rural revitalization,and more focus on theoretical research.In implementing the strategy of rural revitalization,why should we respect the status of farmers as the main body,how to implement the status of farmers as the main body,and what factors restrict the establishment of the status of farmers as the main body,as well as how to further safeguard the main body status of farmers and other issues need further theoretical and practical research.This research uses the qualitative research method,carries on the diachronic analysis to our country farmer main body status situation after 1949.In addition,by using the method of field investigation,this paper studies the main body status of farmers and the role of farmers in the practice of rural revitalization in village Z and village Y,on this basis,the paper discusses the establishment and guarantee of farmers' main body status in rural revitalization.It is found that the establishment of farmers' subjective status plays a key role in giving full play to farmers' subjective role and promoting rural revitalization.However,the process of establishing the farmers' main body status is restricted by many factors,such as: at the macro level,the establishment of the farmers' main body status is influenced by national policies and local governments,and,the impact of cities and markets on rural areas in the process of modernization also affects the establishment of farmers' subjective status;at the meso-level,the establishment of farmers' subjective status is affected by the lack of governance capacity of grass-roots governments and the lack of rural governance subjects;at the micro-level,the change from the traditional "acquaintance society" to the modern "semi-acquaintance society" in the countryside,the differentiation of the peasant groups,and the factors of the peasant groups themselves,which have both traditional conservative ideas and modern ideas,have also affected the farmers' subjective status.In view of the factors that restrict the establishment of farmers' subjective status and the exertion of farmers' subjective role,this paper puts forward three ways to safeguard farmers' subjective status and role,namely,rational allocation of resources to meet farmers' basic needs,deepening of the system reform,we should improve the ability of rural governance,revitalize the development of rural industries and improve the degree of farmers' organization.
