Nowadays,China is gradually entering the era of digital economy,and the market environment is showing more and more high volatility and uncertainty.Production efficiency has become the basic requirement for enterprise survival,while innovation performance has become the key factor for enterprise development and upgrading.Only when the company proposes some novel and creative solutions can it quickly resolve the problems in the market and thus gain the opportunity to occupy the market.To sum up,in the current market environment,enterprise employees must constantly output new ideas to help the enterprise cope with internal and external changes.In recent years,enterprise social work platform,as an emerging “office scene+ social interaction”technology,is gradually becoming popular in enterprises.By supporting rapid collaboration and communication among employees,sharing knowledge and interpersonal interaction,it not only makes it possible for employees to improve their innovation job performance,but also brings new opportunities for enterprises' innovation development.At present,many scholars in academia also pay attention to the application of corporate social work platforms in practice and the impact on corporate employees' work,but the specific impact mechanism on the impact of innovation is still unclear.Therefore,through the preliminary exploration of exploratory case studies,this study proposes a conceptual model based on theory,and conducts a series of processes of sample empirical test to discuss the specific process mechanism of enterprise social work platform affecting the innovation performance of enterprise employees baesd on the view of empowerment and hope to provide countermeasures for the innovative development of enterprises through the implantation and application of enterprise social work platform technology.The results show that the affordance of enterprise social work platforms positively affects employees' innovation performance through the mediating effect of employee empowerment.Among them,visibility and persistence are stronger than association,and editability has no prominent effect.At the same time,psychological empowerment of employees is stronger than structural empowerment.The researchcontribution of this study mainly lies in the introduction of empowerment into the research on the mechanism of the influence of enterprise social work platform on employee' s innovation job performance,which helps to enrich the existing theories,and works for managers to maximize the use of enterprise social platform technology value provides some reasonable suggestions.
