The Study Of Compliance Management Capability Of Commercial Banks

In recent years, the international financial situation is grim. Financial institutions and employee illegal operation of non-compliant behavior cause the accumulation of risk. Domestic economic situation accompanied by new normal of the objective reality. The business environment facing enormous changes. The interest rate market, private capital market opening, the rising of internet bank and the environment has become increasingly complex. Along with the market environment, banks face more complicated to diverse risk. Banks should take mare attention on compliance management. and develop rapidly. Large state-owned commercial banks and joint-stock commercial banks have established a complete compliance management system. In such a tough market environment, the city commercial banks develop a relatively short time, so they need to pay more attention to enhance compliance management capability. Objective and fair evaluate compliance manage capability to help bank comprehensive realize their compliance management level. Currently, the evaluation system of compliance management capability is rare, therefor, to establish scientific and rational evaluation system of compliance management capability has significance to promote the healthy development of the system.This paper systematically introduces the theories and methods of compliance management capability, sum up researched results of domestic and foreign commercial banks of compliance management capability,and based on scientific, systematic, feasibility principle selected five indicators to reflect compliance management capability. Using AHP method to evaluate commercial bank compliance management capability. This paper select 25 commercial banks which are in the midwest. In the sample period,respectively study the sample bands to evaluate. Finally using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and gray comprehensive evaluation to calculate the result of compliance management capability.
