Research On Product Quality Improvement Of TZ Company Based On DMAICⅡ Model

The proposal of China 2025 manufacturing strategy sets a higher standard for the quality requirements of manufacturing enterprises,and many small and medium-sized enterprises begin to devote themselves to the research of product quality improvement.Under lean six sigma DMAICⅡ model is the most effective,one of the most advanced quality management method,therefore,the DMAICⅡ model is applied to small and medium-sized enterprise production process,by conducting improvement projects to improve the quality of the products has important research significance.Based on the existing DMAICⅡ model combined with small and medium-sized enterprises on the basis of the characteristics and status of quality management and further improve the DMAICⅡ model,and applied to TZ company A product quality improvement projects.According to the DMAICⅡ model definition,measurement,analysis,improvement and control of five stages,in turn in the define phase,by customer demand analysis,5W1 H questions technology to determine the output variable Y and defects;In the measurement stage,pareto diagram is used to determine the key defects,namely the measured objects,and the measurement system analysis is carried out to ensure the accuracy and accuracy of the system as well as process capability analysis.In the analysis stage,fishbone diagram analysis was used to find the influencing factors of product A’s weight deficiency,causal matrix analysis was used to screen the key factors,and hypothesis testing was used to identify the key factors.In the improvement stage,the improvement measures are proposed according to the key factors and the process capability is tested.In the control stage,the effect of quality improvement is confirmed by using the control chart,and the improvement measures are controlled and managed.Eventually making TZ company is A product of process capability index from 0.56 to 1.33 before improvement,product qualification rate raised from 91.5% to 97%,at the same time to verify the improved DMAICⅡ model is effective and also apply this model to other small and medium-sized enterprises to the quality improvement research has important reference value and significance.
