Research On H Company's Technological Innovation Strategy

The globalization of economics has led to the rapid global transfer of R&D resources,as well as is forming a global technology network.With the increasing investment in research and development in China and the in-depth development of 2Chinese national strategy "Belt and Road" and "Going Out",China has put technology innovation as a national strategy in the prominent position of economic and social development.Based on this,more and more multinational companies are considered China as technology innovation base.More and more investments are spent in innovation department,as well as in organization optimization,process update,policy making.Technology innovation strategy now is considered as a long-term strategy for company development.H Company is a China branch entity of foreign invested enterprise,mainly focus on the development and production of auto parts,also in China developed from a production base and trade center initially to an enterprise for both R&D and production.Based on the study of innovation theory,strategic management and technology innovation strategy,this paper takes H company's technology innovation strategy as a study subject.This paper uses the literature research to explain and analysis of the relevant theory,such as technology innovation and technology innovation strategy.Afterwards this paper indicates the research subject,determine the objectives and content of the research,and describe environmental situation and current innovation status of H company.Additionally,this paper analyzes the main problems in technology innovation management,and in the implementation of technology innovation strategy.Finally,through the H company's internal and external environmental analysis of technology innovation,according to all these influence factors,the H company's technology innovation strategy choice is independent self-innovation combined with open innovation.Besides that,this paper provides additional supportive measures to ensure the implementation of H company's technology innovation strategy.They are organizational adaptation,innovation culture,internal and external funds for innovation investment,IP protection and system of production-university-research integration.
