Employee satisfaction refers to the actual feelings and subjective expectations of employees in the process of work,employee satisfaction and employee recognition of the enterprise,loyalty is positively correlated.The employee satisfaction degree is low,which affects the enterprise development and the realization of the enterprise strategic goal seriously,so the research on the enhancement of the Enterprise Satisfaction degree is of great significance to the enterprise development.This paper defines the concept and structure of career Plateau and job satisfaction,and puts forward the hypothesis of the function mechanism of career Plateau on employee satisfaction.By investigating and analyzing the employee satisfaction of BC pharmaceutical company,this paper verifies the correlation between career Plateau and employee satisfaction,and then puts forward the improving strategy of BC pharmaceutical company.The result of field survey shows that the overall score of employee satisfaction of BC pharmaceutical company is 2.803,the scores of job satisfaction,job environment satisfaction,job reward satisfaction and company management system were 2.374,2.967,2.874 and 2.998 respectively.This paper constructs the regression model of career Plateau and employee satisfaction,the results show that the standard regression coefficients of structural plateau and job satisfaction,job environment satisfaction,job reward satisfaction and management system satisfaction are-0.450,-0.206,-0.100 and-0.300,respectively,the Standard Regression coefficients of job satisfaction,job environment satisfaction,job reward satisfaction and management system satisfaction were-0.443,-0.443,-0.314 and-0.314,respectively,the Standard Regression coefficients of life plateau and job satisfaction,job environment satisfaction,job reward satisfaction and management system satisfaction were 0.167,0.351,0.671 and 0.471,respectively,the results show that the structural plateau is negatively correlated with employee satisfaction,the content plateau is negatively correlated with employee satisfaction,and the life plateau is positively correlated with employee satisfaction.Based on the correlation between career Plateau and job satisfaction,the paper puts forward the strategy of improving employee satisfaction in BC pharmaceutical company.Based on the satisfaction of structure Plateau,this paper puts forward the strategy of improving the promotion system and the Career Development Plan of BC pharmaceutical company,proposed to enhance staff training to enhance staff professional capacity,the implementation of job rotation and job expansion of BC pharmaceutical company Employee Satisfaction Promotion Strategy;Based on the life plateau of BC pharmaceutical company employee satisfaction promotion strategy is to improve the company pay system,pay attention to corporate culture.The research results of this paper can provide some reference for the improvement of employee satisfaction of BC pharmaceutical company,and also can provide reference for similar enterprises in China.
