With the development of modern organization structure flatting, market competition aggravate, career plateau phenomenon become much more common, disturbing the more and more organizations and individuals. Career plateau has won more and more attention. However, the existing researches just fouces on the structure and influencing factors of career plateau, ignoring the mediating effort of other elements between the two objects. There is two opposite opinions about the relationship between career plateau and job satisfaction, the reason why causing such differences may be ignoring other intermediary variable influential role. This essay draws the organization support perception into the research frame, exploring the mediating effort between the two variables.After studying the existing researches, This paper assume career plateau is divided into the content plateau and the structure plateau; Second, divided organization support perception into three dimisions, interest concern and support the value recognition. Last, job satisfaction variables was divided into internal satisfaction and external satisfaction; And discuss the relationship between different dimensions. Through questionnaire to collect data, using several statistical method, such as exploratory factor analysis, analysis of variance, correlation analysis and regression analysis. After surveyed the 180 knowledge-workers in the IT industry, discusses the relationship between career plateau and job satisfaction of the knowledge-workers, and proved the mediation effort of organizational support perceived between career plateau and job satisfaction.The results of the study indicate that:First, the knowledge employee career is composed by by content plateau and structure plateau, and of two dimensions are negatively related to job satisfaction, that's to say, worser the career plateau, lower job satisfaction. Second, the interaction of the two dimensions is not significant. Third, the relevance between career plateau and organizational support perception is inversely; Especially the organization support perceived play a complete mediation between structure plateau and job satisfaction. Fourth, the organizational support perceived playing the mediating role of the career plateau and job satisfaction, but plays a completely intermediary role of the structure career and job satisfaction; Fifth, different post types and levels of positions have significant differences in the professional plateau perceptually. This conclusion apply to the practice, the organization can enhancing employees'organizational support perception through job redesign, an additional award and other measures, achieve weakening the negative effects of career plateau to satisfaction goal. Finally, the deficiencies and further to study has been discussed.
