Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Leisure Agriculture Development In Yulin City

People's quality of life has improved since the development of China's economic level,and more people pursue a richer spiritual and cultural life.To meet consumer demand,a variety of new formats attendant and leisure agriculture is one of them.The regional culture has created Yulin 's unique cultural background due to the location of Yulin City which at the Junction of farming culture and nomadic culture.Yulin City's leisure agriculture has achieved certain results,effectively stimulating the enthusiasm of the people in the suburbs and increasing the income of farmers.However,there is serious homogeneity in leisure agriculture in Yulin,and the development has stalled.It is necessary to explore the existing problems as soon as possible and further solve the direction of leisure agriculture development in Yulin City.In this paper,the development of leisure agriculture at home and abroad were summarized by literature review,using sampling methods current situation the number of business entities twelve counties in Yulin City,leisure agriculture,revenue,received visitors,employees and other business entities were typical and survey analysis.A total of 192 leisure agricultural business entities in Yulin City were counted in this survey.After investigation,it was found that the development of the six counties in the north and the six counties in the south were mainly small-scale farms.The development was relatively backward and the number was relatively small.Leisure and entertainment projects copy each other,lack of awareness of brand building,and low education level of employees restricts the development of leisure agriculture in Yulin City.According to the statistics of this survey,192 leisure agricultural business subjects in 12 counties in Yulin City were found.After investigation,it was found that the development of the six counties in the north and the six counties in the south were mainly small-scale farms.The development was relatively backward and the number was relatively small.Leisure and entertainment projects copy each other,lack of awareness of brand building,and low education level of employees restricts the development of leisure agriculture in Yulin City.With the help of Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA),choose 3 input indicators(labor force,capital,land)and 4 output indicators(operating income,number of receptions,number of farming households,per capita salary of employees),Research and analyze the development efficiency of leisure agriculture in 12 counties of Yulin City.The calculation result is that the average comprehensive technical efficiency value of leisure agriculture in Yulin City is 0.870,the average pure technical efficiency is 0.967,and the average scale efficiency is 0.900,which is in the middle and high level.Among the 12 counties in Yulin City,50% of the counties have redundant input and insufficient output.The results show that there is a mismatch between input and output in Yulin City,and the development of each county is uneven.According to the results of efficiency calculation and preliminary investigation,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of leisure agriculture in Yulin.
