Grass-roots employees are an organic part of human resources in banks.Effective incentives for grass-roots employees are an indispensable part of human resources management in banks.How to enhance the effective incentive to grass-roots employees has become a key issue for commercial banks to achieve long-term healthy growth.We must use more scientific and effective incentive mechanism to enhance the enthusiasm and efficiency of grass-roots employees.For the choice of incentive means,we should introduce more scientific and effective incentive system,adopt diversified incentive mechanism and play a role together in the light of the current situation of enterprises.The survey conducted in this paper shows that there are some problems in city commercial banks of A,such as lack of incentive system,poor incentive effect,lack of characteristics,narrow promotion space for employees,which is not conducive to future career development.At the same time,management departments pay little attention to the incentive of grass-roots employees,and grass-roots employees lack voice.The voice of opinions can not be effectively listened to by the management,resulting in low enthusiasm and inefficiency of grass-roots employees,frequent job-hopping of excellent employees in serious areas,which has caused many negative impacts on the development of the industry.Based on the integrated incentive theory,this paper puts forward some specific suggestions for the typical problems existing in the incentive of grass-roots employees of city commercial banks in A city: improving the human resources management system,introducing various means of material and non-material cooperation;improving the performance appraisal and incentive system of grass-roots employees;subdividing the positions of employees to enhance the incentive effect.Six improvement strategies are raised,such as job training,strengthening the construction of enterprise culture in grass-roots outlets,formulating talent competition and broadening promotion channels.
