In our country,the market structure,the operation principle,the innovation ability,the service level of banking business are adapting to the demand of high-quality development of economy,the rural credit cooperatives,as the main force in the rural finance,start to transform into joint-equity rural commercial bank,and transform successively.In 2015,T rural credit cooperative transformed into T rural commercial bank,meanwhile,this change required that T rural commercial bank had to alter its operation principle,made personnel management thought turning to human resource management thought,especially,we must see recruiting work of grass-root employees as the most important work.Because,not only every employee represent the corporate image,especially for employee who meet client directly,but also excellent grass-roots employees could make T rural commercial bank getting comparative advantage in the same industry.In this article,author make recruiting work of grass-root employees as object of study,combining with questionnaire,interviewing outline,and data analysis,and analyze recruiting,selecting,employing,evaluating.Then,point out existing problems in T rural commercial bank,and raise some solutions for it.Author hope that solutions can promote T rural commercial bank's effectiveness in recruiting work of grass-root employees,and help it recruit excellent employees. |
