With the advancement of economic globalization and the updated continuously break through the development of science and technology,the competition among enterprises becomes more and more violent.The increasingly complex competitive environment has raised the requirements and expectations to enterprise management.The management,as the existence of the enterprise' soul,which needs to understand not only the enterprise's strategic vision and integration within the scope of business ability,but also need to motivate the staff through their leadership behavior,and help them to achieve the work target effectively,so as to further achieve the company's goals,and achieve a win-win situation of enterprise and staff.Some scholars believe that the influence of leadership on performance is one of the reasons for the differences in the performance of different enterprises;As the reflection of the manager's leadership behavior,one of the criteria to evaluate the effectiveness of leadership behavior is not only whether it has achieved the established goals and performance of the enterprise,but also must have good results.Therefore,more and more enterprises begin to realize the importance of result oriented,and start to ensure the implementation of result oriented through the implementation of target management and performance management and other specific ways,because the completion of tasks is not equal to results,if team leaders wants to achieve the expected results,they must set clear objectives,work plans and work standards,therefore,more and more enterprises begin to realize the importance of result-orientation,and the task-oriented leadership style consistent with the essence of result orientation returns to the public vision.Taskoriented leaders emphasize that employees should focus on work tasks and require them to complete the objectives and tasks assigned by the organization according to the company's requirements and regulations,and the evaluation standard of work is only success,which is consistent with the essence of results-oriented culture company.The result oriented corporate culture emphasizes that any behavior of employees in the organization must take the realization of organizational goals as the first priority,pay attention to whether the enterprise can develop smoothly,healthily and orderly,and pay attention to abide by the rules in the process of work.The development of enterprises cannot be separated from employees.As the most valuable resources in enterprises,employees' work engagement directly affects their work performance,and their work performance has the most direct relation to the ultimate economic benefit of enterprises.However,the goal orientation of different employees is different.Under the role of task-oriented leadership,can employees with learning goal orientation devote themselves to their work as always,and will it affect their work performance? Therefore,this paper mainly explores the influence mechanism of task-oriented leadership on employees' work performance,and adds work engagement as the mediator and the learning orientation of employees as moderator variable,so as to further explore the relationship model and influence path among the four variables.At the very beginning,this essay reviews and sorts out four variables' relevant literature and research status including task-oriented leadership style,employee work performance,work engagement and employee's learning goal orientation,to summarize the relevant definition and model based on the theory,in view of the possible relationships between variables following research hypotheses are presented with the expectations theory;1.Task-oriented leadership has a positive impact on job performance2.Task-oriented leadership has a positive impact on employee work engagement3.work engagement can positively affect employee job performance4.work engagement plays an intermediary role between task-oriented leadership and job performance5.Learning goal orientation has a negative regulating relationship between taskoriented leadership and work engagementMeanwhile,a relatively mature scale was selected,which was made as a questionnaire and sent to the subjects of two enterprises,after getting the 200 valid sample data,I used some data analysis software like SPSS,AMOS and PROCESS to do the analysis of reliability,validity and relativity of the research,and completed relevant empirical analysis and hypothesis verification.This paper deeply studies the impact of task-oriented leadership and work performance,and puts forward reasonable suggestions for management,thus enriching the theoretical basis for employees under task-oriented leadership to improve work performance.,...
